Do you hear the muse? Almost everybody would like to sound off about something. You can promote your own ideas,  business, or website here if you can write a decent article! We really want your articles, and if you are sincere, we will work with you to get you published here. Submit your best articles, please. Tips To Getting Published

Articles will need to be approved, and you need to stick to these guidelines. Please take a moment to read them, and you can get published in our article directory!

  • Maximum of 2 Links Per Article. You can attach 3 – 4 words of anchor text to your website, but we do not accept direct affiliate links because it promotes spamming. Like every good rule, we have allowed exceptions if you are the owner of the product. For instance, we have allowed the “author” to use an Amazon link to her own book. We have allowed an employee of a large affiliate website to promote that website. In both of these cases, the articles were really good!
  • On the subject of spam, your article must have some informative value, and not just be an advertisement for a product. So far, we have been very happy with the quality of the articles. Look at other articles to get an idea of what we are looking for.
  • Length of about 300 words or 3 – 5 paragraphs. We are somewhat flexible about the length, but 300 words fits our format very well. Tip: Web content tends to work well when an author includes subheadings or uses the list function.
  • Check spelling and grammar please! You can cut and paste from another editor, and our editor has a spell checker (ABC button).
  • Use our categories. If you think your article should be published, and we do not have a category, please submit it to uncategorized, and we will consider adding a category for it or putting it in the right category. PLEASE use the lowest level of caegory – and not the top categories if you can. We reserve the right to change the category, so do not spend too much time on this rule, but please do not ignore it either.
  • Give us a couple of days to approve your article. If you have not been published within 48 – 72 hours, you can use the contact form to ask why. We may contact you to fix an article if we cannot publish it, or it is really “wrong”, we may just delete it. We publish most articles.
  • Keep it G to PG rated (family friendly). We reserve the right to reject articles if they stray from this guideline or promote touchy, illegal, or adult subject matter.
  • All comments must be approved too, so please leave your automated comment spammers at home. :(

That’s it! We want to be flexible because we want to serve our authors. At the same time, we need to serve the readers and other websites who want to pick up qualify content. If you keep that in mind, we are sure to get along great!
