What Good Are Protein Powder Shake Recipes?

I cannot say enough about the benefits of protein powder for many different types of people. Protein and amino acids like the Lean Weight Loss Shake Mix can help some of us reduce food cravings and lose weight. Others get help from whey protein supplements to enhance an exercise program.
