Some people repeat the cycle over and over. Here are some tips from people who have lost weight and kept if off. These people used various weight loss programs but they all succeeded in keeping their weight from creeping up again.

Make a decision about how you want your life to be. Dig your heels in and don’t look back.

Find an activity you love; you’ll be amazed at how competitive you’ll get and how much you’ll want to train for it.

For new moms, find a gym with good child care and take advantage of it. Make it your “me” time and enjoy it.

Remember your body is designed to be in motion. To be truly healthy you should exercise and be active.

Eat what you want, but in moderation. Know what you want to weigh, and if you slip out of that range, get busy getting the pounds off right away.

Your happiness with your body is all about how you perceive yourself. Don’t see the fat person you used to be – enjoy life. Whatever you do, don’t allow other people to take away your joy.

Exercise regularly, and throw in something new of different every three months.

Buy yourself something new for your exercise activity every once awhile.
