Hydroxycut or Alli? Which is the Best Diet Supplement?
I am a personal trainer, and so I try to help people get in shape every day. Exercise works wonders, but it works best when combined with a sensible diet. However, a lot of my clients seem to need a little extra nudge to take of pounds, as well as inches, and two popular choices are Hydroxycut and Alli.
So who wins the weight loss wars: Hydroxycut or Alli?
Hydroxycut is well tested, and it has been around for years. In fact, it is the best selling weight loss supplement in the USA, and that has to say something about how effective it is. Hydroxycut seems most effective when dieters hit those awful “stalls” , and they just cannot get the scale to budge down one more pound.

Some users do report that hydroxycut gives them the jitters. If you are prone to anxiety, you may want to be careful about using this supplement. On the other hand, Alli (which is non-prescription and FDA approved), does not contain any stimulants, and it does not seem to affect mood at all.
Alli blocks a dieter’s body from absorbing a quarter of the fat in the food they consume. Alli has also been well tested, and has helped many people lose moderate amounts of weight. Its negative side effect does not happen unless the person who takes it violates the regiman, and decides to consume too much fat. It can cause an urgent need to visit the rest room, because the body is eliminating all of that blocked fat.
So which is it, Alli or Hydroxycut?
So which one is best? Well, if you are prone to anxiety, I would avoid hydroxycut. Otherwise, it has been an effective weight loss supplement for millions of dieters. And if you cannot stick to the fat consumption guidelines, I would avoid Alli, because you do not want to suffer from urgent and frequent bathroom runs – and I mean runs! People are different, and not everybody reacts the same way to diet supplements. The trick is, as always, to find the supplement that works for you!
