Does Alli Work?
Well, Alli (pronounced ally by the way, as in friend), is the only non-prescription diet pill that is actually approved in the US. So, taken properly, and with some regard for a proper diet and activity level, Alli should work for most people. It should also be safe for most people. If you have had trouble losing weight, consider the FDA approved diet pill, Alli!
How Does Alli Work?
So, how does Alli work? Well, it blocks 25% of the fat in the food you eat, which should make it much easier to lose weight. Fat packs a lot of calories, and so you will also be blocking a lot of the calories in the food you consume. The plan does come with a diet. After all, if you eat 3 times as many calories as you need, blocking 25% of the fat content, will probably not help you get slim! But if you can stick to a reasonable diet, Alli should help you lose weight faster than dieting alone.
Side Effects of Alli
Some negative side affects of Alli come if you do eat too much fat. Let us just say that overeating fat, and taking Alli, can lead to very urgent trips to the bathroom and some very nasty gas! If you do not think you can cut out most fat from your diet, I would suggest finding another diet plan.
However, Alli has worked very well for millions of people. Some people say that the negative side effects of eating too much fat are the biggest factor in helping them stay the course.
