3. Engage in Sports

You can sign up for your company sports team or form a team of your own with friends and neighbors. Make sure you meet up and practice regularly. Remember, consistency is the key.

4. Healthy Diet

Surely, you have heard of this before. Healthy meals that are rich in fiber and nutrients are always beneficial not only to keep your body functioning properly, but for you to maintain your ideal weight. Fiber helps to get rid of fats and toxins from the body so make sure you incorporate these to your meals. Avoid oily foods and those that have high calorie content as these do not help at all in your quest to lose those man boobs!
