Can you Really Make Money Blogging?
Lot of people have blogs these days. Some of my friends show off their gardens, their artwork, or just spout off about their interests with personal blogs. The great thing is, you don’t have to be a big techie to start one either. Modern blogging software makes it as simple to publish a post as it is to write an email.
So how can you get paid for your blog posts? Well, advertisers have different ways to pay people who can bring in visitors to view their ads. Some pay per sale, per click, or per other action, like filing out a lead form. These advertisers will give you some unique code to put on your website. When a visitor clicks through your ad, and performs the “Paid” action, you get paid!
Does this really work to make money? Sure it works. Many of us earn a fulltime income with our blogs and websites, and many more supplement their income. Many stay at home moms and seniors are especially attracted to this work because it is flexible and can be done from home.
What can you blog about? There are so many choices. Some people blog about their hobbies like cooking or gardening or pets. Others share their opinions about current events or books. You could also blog about travel tips or local restaurants. Just think of information you know that others would be interested in!
